Droid Does page teases but doesn't let you taste Froyo just yet

Yes, we're still waiting on Froyo to drop for the Motorola Droid X. But the good news is that it looks like Verizon's starting to get ready, with a placeholder page up on the Droid Does website that mentions the addition of Flash Player 10.1, auto updates for apps, and 270-degree rotation. It's really not that big a deal, and we've already gotten to play with not just one but two leaked versions of Android 2.2 for the Droid X. We just need the official OTA to hit so we can all go about our business. As for when Verizon will finally unleash it? "Early September" and "late summer" have been mentioned before. Personally? I'm going with this guy's guess. [Droid Does via Droid-Life and Android Central Forums]Posted originally at Android CentralSponsored by Android Cases and Accessories
